Beaver Creek Parking Lots

In the summer of 2004, construction of the Wolf Lot parking lot on the side of a mountain in Beaver Creek took place. This job consisted of thousands of yards of dirt moved, drainage installed, and road base and asphalt installed. Included in this project was also the construction and development of the lower parking lots, known as the Elk Lot, Little Bear Lot, and Big Bear Lot.

Red Sky Ranch

In 2005 construction of new development was completed.  This project included the entire site development for Tract AA subdivision in Red Sky Ranch, located in Wolcott, Colorado.  This included the new construction of over 7 miles of roads and access ways, and sidewalks.  The project also included the installation of all water, sewer, and shallow utilities.

City Market Remodel

In the summer of 2016, the Eagle City Market grocery store began its expansion and remodel.  Excavation for the addition of 7000sq feet of floor space was completed as well as rerouting existing sewer, water, and electrical lines.  This project also included the expansion of the parking lot and loading docks.  New storm sewer was installed to improve drainage.

Eagle Valley High School

In the summer of 2017, work began to expand the overcrowded local high school.  This project included partial demolition of the existing building, as well as the tennis courts.  Excavation for the expansion of the building and the improvement of water and sewer lines was completed.  Additional parking was created and improvements to the ECO bus stop were made.

Homestake Peak School, Dowd Junction Colorado

In the summer of 2011, Eagle County School District began the transformation of an aging school building.  The outdated 35,000 square feet Meadow Mountain Elementary School building located in Dowd Junction, Colorado was demolished. The project included the reclamation of the grounds, new water and sewer lines to the remaining Battle Mountain High School building as well as improved drainage and parking lots.  This building was then remodeled to become the new Homestake Peak School.
